Plan
We start with a clear scope
Before anyone swings a hammer, we look at the space, talk through what you actually want, and define the scope, materials and timeline. You get a straight answer on what's involved — including the parts other contractors gloss over.
Build
We frame and build it right
This is the core of what we do. Framing and structural work sized correctly, fastened correctly, and squared up so the finish trades have tight, true work to build on. No shortcuts buried in the walls.
Remodel
We adapt to the real house
Real remodels rarely go exactly to plan — walls aren't square, something unexpected is behind the drywall. We adjust, communicate, and keep the project moving instead of stalling out or padding the bill.
Finish
We finish clean
The details are what you live with. We trim it out clean, protect your finishes throughout, clean up after ourselves, and walk the finished work with you to make sure it's right.
